南开大学远程教育专升本课程的免考条件

专科课程免考（1403批次及之后入学学生适用）：

参照《学分制课程免考管理办法与申办程序》有关规定，对专科学生在其它高等教育机构中专科或专科以上层次教育中学习并通过的课程，具体做如下免考规定。

1，每个专业最多允许学生免考5门课程。

2，凡满足下列条件之一者，可申请免考专科《大学英语（一）》、《大学英语（二）》课程：

（1）已具有国民教育系列专科以上学历（含专科）；

（2）非英语专业,获得大学英语等级考试CET四级或以上级别证书者，或者参加改革后的CET考试，且成绩已达到420分（限于2006年1月1日前的英语四、六级考试）；

（3）非英语专业,获得全国公共英语等级考试PETS三级或以上级别证书者；

（4）非英语专业,入学注册时年龄满40周岁者；

（5）非英语专业,户籍(以身份证为准)在少数民族聚居地区的少数民族学生。（附《少数民族界定》）

（6）已参加全国专升本网络统考，且成绩合格。

3，参加高等教育自学考试（专科层次）的学生，可凭各科有效成绩单（在高自考有效期限内），申请免考本院专科的相应课程。

4，已经具有会计中级以上职称者，可以申请免考专科《基础会计学》课程。

5，已通过人力资源管理师资格认证四级或以上级别考试者，可申请免考专科《人力资源管理》课程。

6，已通过全国外销员考试者，可申请免考专科《国际贸易实务》课程。

7，已经获得中国市场学会或国家人事部市场营销助理或经理的职业资格证书者，可以申请免考《市场营销》课程。

2，凡在本校或教育部批准的其他高校远程教育学院专科毕业的学生，如已经通过《现代远程学习概论》课程考试的，可以申请办理专升本层次的《现代远程学习概论》免修。

3，获得全国计算机等级考试一级B或以上级别证书，可免考《计算机应用基础》课程。

4，财务管理、会计学、工商管理、金融学等专业专升本学生，如专科为财经类专业，或已经具有会计中级以上职称者，可以申请免考《基础会计学》。

5，本院专科毕业生、辅修生，如继续就读本院学习专升本专业的，可自主选修并申请相同课程名称课程的免考。

6，凡国民教育系列的专科毕业生，如专科阶段已经通过了与继续就读的本院专升本各专业相同课程名称的课程考试，可凭借专科学校开具的毕业成绩单申请办理免考。

7，其它可以申请免考的公共课程：

（1）凡满足下列条件之一者，可申请免考专升本《大学英语（三）》课程：
